It is not possible to have just any size breast implants that you want without risking looking unnatural. For instance, the implants that would suit a woman who is 156cms tall and weighs 50kg would be totally inadequate for one who is 180cms and weighs 75kg. Similarly, the size of implants that would suit the latter tall woman would look totally disproportionate in a shorter woman.
The size of implants that will produce very significant enlargement and yet still look natural are determined by the person’s height, weight, volume of breast tissue and elasticity of the breast skin. The elasticity of the breast skin is affected by genetic factors, previous stretching of the breast skin from breast feeding or from being excessively overweight.
There is little sense in looking large for largeness sake if breasts look like ‘melons’, that at a glance can be detected by others as being ‘false’. The breast size and shape should be a part of the overall symmetry of the body contours, blending and not competing with them.
Also, importantly, the choice of breast size should not be dependant on what the partner considers suitable, but only what is comfortable for the woman herself.
